As each exterior surface is different there is no standard price given. However, the quote is determined through several factors:
Size of the surface being cleaned in square meters
How long since the last clean
Drainage
Customers can then choose from one of the three packages below:
Professional pressure washing service
Pressure washing service and chemical treatment (highly recommended if there are high levels of stains or if these have been present for some time)
For block paving, customers can choose between either of the above options but will then need a visit again to re-sand between the block paving*
*As indicated in my Good to Know Guides post, block paving must be re-sanded after being pressure washed. This is essential in helping maintain your block paving surface and I would highly recommend that you are cautious with any business that don’t also insist on this.
Special offers
Large properties: For pressure washing services for areas over 100 meters squared in size, a discount is applied.
Neighbours: If you get a neighbour to get a cleaning booked at the same time, I'll offer 5% off both your cleans. Multiple service clean: If you book a wall or fencing clean at the same time as a surface clean then a 5% discount is applied.
How payments are made
To save adding something to your to do lists, I always bring a card reader to jobs. That way, once you're happy with the work done, you can pay on the day by card and it's sorted. Alternatively, you can pay in cash if this is easier for you. If you would like an invoice or to pay by bank transfer then please mention this to me during the quoting process.
